It's been two days since I saw this film and I can't stop thinking about it! What annoys me the most is the fact that I have so many different hypotheses about it and they all seem not good enough. And before you know it, I end up as schizophrenic as Donnie himself! And this whole...Frank just gives me the creeps. But I'm beginning to understand one thing...when the action approaches the climax, Deus ex machina gets into the picture. Well, no surprises here, since it's the only "less" illogic way of getting things more or less cleared up. But I've got to see it once more, otherwise I will go insane:) I guess I don't have to mention the great Jake Gyllenhaal who looks so innocent that when he's possessed by the visions and hallucinations, his face gets...devilish! It's incredible.

Since Donnie Darko certainly is not for everybody, the people I know will love it. Just prepare for complete incomprehension of the story. And hey...don't fear the giant rabbit...
